Erik served as the Executive Director of a local non profit for 12 years before pivoting into technology sales. He quickly realized, however, that being on Zoom calls and transactional sales cycles weren't for him. Having supported Katie from the beginning and realizing the potential of 12th State, they developed a plan that would eventually allow them to achieve their long term dream of working in a business together, doing what they love. Erik is a lover of NBA basketball, a newly converted soccer fan and a tattoo junkie. His family has deep roots in the furniture business and working with 12th State makes him feel like his Art degree is finally being put to use, sort of. He works out so that he doesn't get hurt moving furniture. His favorite thing is watching his boys tear it up on the soccer pitch.
